OTT-9040# Silicone Elastomer Blend is a crystal clear to slightly translucent gel, which is good for makeup, color cosmetic, cleaner, cream, sunscreen, skincare, hair care and as an antiperspirant product and used for many other potential formulations.

How to use?
Add OTT-9040 with small amount of oil-based raw materials uniformly dispersed before adding other materials. If it’s solid material which can be mixed with the OTT-9040 directly. Typical use levels are 5~95% . Don’t use to medical or pharmaceutical.
